Introduction to the PLAN Working Scientifically Skills

This 60 to 90-minute CPD introduces teachers to the PLAN Working Scientifically Skills for their phase (Key Stage 1, Lower Key Stage 2 and Upper Key Stage 2) and supports them to become familiar with their associated 'Key learning' and 'Expected outcomes'. It then provides them with the opportunity to reflect on their current planning and identify opportunities for teaching the skills more explicitly.
 
It is designed to be delivered by schools to their own teachers, so it includes all the resources required as well as step-by-step instructions for delivery.
